It is more common in today's society to see a person pick up a pen or pencil with a right handed. A person that is left handed may feel left out of certain things for various different reasons. Scissors for one example are a thing that often times are simply harder to tackle for a left handed person since they are mostly made for a right handed person to use comfortably. A left handed person may also find it difficult to use a pen due to the fact that they tend to get ink on their hand. As they write their hand or fingers run across the wet ink in turn getting their hand fairly messy.
